When you buy an iROK RV, you’re getting an outstanding manufacturer’s warranty—and then some.
Limited 2-Year Warranty
A two-year limited warranty—up to 24 months or 24,000 miles—is automatically provided to the original retail purchaser of an eligible new iROK RV. This warranty covers qualifying defects in materials and workmanship.
Additional requirements must be completed during the first year to activate the second 12 months of warranty coverage.

Original Ownership
The warranty applies only to the first retail purchaser and registered owner of the RV.
Warranty Start Card
The original purchaser must complete and submit the iROK Trailers Warranty Start Card before the initial 12-month warranty period expires.
Required Inspection
To activate the second 12 months of coverage, the RV must be inspected by an authorized iROK Trailers representative or an approved inspection facility.
The inspection must be completed and approved by iROK Trailers before the initial 12-month warranty period expires and before the second-year coverage period begins.
Authorized Service
Warranty repairs and required service must be performed by an authorized iROK dealer, service center, representative, or other facility approved by iROK Trailers.
Maintenance Documentation
Owners must keep detailed records of all inspections, maintenance, and repairs. These records may be required to confirm that a defect was not caused by improper maintenance, misuse, or neglect.
Warranty Coverage
The limited warranty covers eligible manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover normal wear and tear, improper maintenance, neglect, accidents, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or other excluded damage.
Failure to Complete the Requirements
Failure to submit the Warranty Start Card or obtain an approved inspection within the required timeframe will cause warranty coverage to expire at the end of the initial 12-month period. The additional 12 months of coverage will then be forfeited.
Transferability
The limited two-year warranty applies only to the first registered owner and is not transferable to a subsequent owner.
Additional 3-Year Structural Warranty
iROK Trailers also offers a limited three-year structural warranty on eligible new models. Structural warranty coverage applies only to the original retail purchaser and registered owner.
The three-year structural warranty is not transferable to a subsequent owner.
